Susan Balogh, MAI has been a practicing appraiser since 1982 and graduated Summa cum Laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance.  After spending many years appraising with national real estate firms in both Atlanta Georgia and Boston Massachusetts, in 1997 Susan formed Acadia Advisors, LLC as a full-service real estate consulting practice.  She has indepth experience performing market and feasibility studies as well as appraising single- and multi-family dwellings, office, retail and industrial properties, hotels, all forms of senior housing and a variety of other special purpose properties.

Susan is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is a former Director and member of the Admissions Committe of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.  In addition, she holds certified general licences in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Susan has also qualified as an expert witness in the 5th District Court of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.  She is currently certified in the Appraisal Institue's voluntary program of continuing education for designated members.
