We provide valuation services for local, regional and national lenders for pre-construction, renovation and transactional lending purposes.  A few of our clients include:  City National Bank, East West Bank, Fidelity Bank, BankMain, TD Bank, US Bank and Community Housing Capital.  We also provide real estate appraisal services for business valuation groups such as Axiom Valuation.  State and local agency clients include the US Postal Service, City of Lowell, and Rural Edge.  Acadia Advisors has extensive experience appraising commercial properties throughout the United States and more than 29 years’ experience specifically in the New England market.  Samplings of properties we have appraised are described below:

Gardner Plaza Shopping Center, Gardner, MA – a 78,417 square foot community center which was part of a national portfolio appraisal for estate planning purposes.

Temple Place located in Boston’s revitalized Downtown Crossing neighborhood.  This appraisal was of a 19,256 square foot apartment/office/retail property prepared for refinancing.

Richmond MA – Appraisal of 256 acres of conservation land complete with the classic New England Red Barn.  The appraisal was for estate purposes.

Madison Greens, Hubbardston, MA – pre-construction appraisal for development financing of a 55+ active adult condominium community.
